Coordinator of the LEDS LAC Secretariat

LEDS LAC is a network of organizations and individuals working on the promotion, design and implementation of Resilient, Low Emission Development Strategies (LEDS) in Latin America and the Caribbean.

LEDS  enables countries to move toward sustainable development and address the challenge of climate change. Beyond the implementation of isolated actions for mitigation and adaptation,  LEDS LAC promotes a transformation of the development pattern. For this reason, this Platform promotes the formulation and implementation of national, sub-national and sectorial strategies for the triple objectives of promoting development, reducing emissions and increasing resilience.

The Platform has organized several international meetings with the support of the EUROCLIMA program, with the valuable assistance of Latin America Events Promotion (LAEP), who has been responsible for overseeing logistical organization. As a consultant to EUROCLIMA, LAEP has coordinated ticket purchases, hotel selection, ground transportation, food services, translation services, and handled communication with invited guests.
